NOTE: Please do not be confused. MANILA can refer to both the Philippines' National Capital and the National Capital Region (NCR). But, to be specific and clear, if you are referring to the National Capital--it's Manila City; to the NCR (the Region or the Metropolis named Metropolitan Manila wherein Manila City, the National Capital, is located)--it's Metro Manila or simply Manila.

Another thing: Bonifacio City, Eastwood City, Filinvest Corporate City, Eton City, and Greenfield City are not independent, political-territorial (governmental) units/cities but are fine and world-class business and residential centers or master-planned communities which are under the jurisdiction of and located within Manila's Taguig City, Quezon City, and Muntinlupa City respectively. Both Eton City and Greenfield City are in Santa Rosa City (a political unit/city) in Laguna Province located south of Metro Manila and just adjacent to Muntinlupa City.

Or, would you prefer a Philippines metropolis outside Manila? Another thing: the NCR (Metro Manila) is called "Metro" or "the Metro" for short by many Filipinos but that's not clear/specific. Which Metro? As there are other metropolises or metros in the Philippines, to be clear/specific, if you are referring to the NCR, you should say Metro Manila or Manila and not "Metro" or "the Metro" only. The other metropolises or metros in the Philippines are Metro Baguio in Luzon, Metro Cebu in Visayas, and Metro Davao in Mindanao, etc. Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao are the 3 main groups of islands of the Philippines which has a total of 1,107 exotic islands! Wow! Amazing! Manila (the NCR) is located in Luzon.

Example: We need a ready-for-occupancy, unfurnished, 3-bedroom condo unit with two parking slots/spaces in Makati City in Manila, etc.

3. YOUR BUDGET: For Sale/Purchase: PHP1M (USD20K or EUR15K) & above. In full cash or installment payment? Installment can be in-house or bank financing, etc. For Lease/Rent: PHP25K (USD500 or EUR360) & above per month. For how long? Is it short or long term lease (1 year or 2 years or more of stay)?
